The MiniatureCube weblog
Welcome to MiniatureCube.com!
This is the first post in our shiny new weblog which we now aim to try and update with useful articles and content updates.
The launch of the weblog coincides with the launch of a huge new data push into the Miniature Cube databases. This means we now have well over 370,000 restaurants to help you decide where to eat along with 65,000 freshly moderated comments to some of the great restaurants in your area, this was no small feat but we think you will like the results!
Along with the data push you can now expect the site to load much more quickly as we have had a partial rework to the backend database query system to ensure that when under a large amount of stress the site is still productive and slick in the way it works.
As always, we are always introducing new features to the site so please keep checking back for more updates.
And remember, your feedback is always more than welcome!

Thanks for the comment pluto. It’s always good to see people taking an interest in the cube and taking part. As for your suggestion, it is something that we will definitely consider as a future addition to the site if there is enough interest. Airports are always an interesting topic as there are many great eating places but also many not so great places and having the right information is crucial to have an enjoyable experience. At the moment we are still entering new restaurants into many cities around the States and validating addresses to ensure our maps load correctly and you can find the locations we are suggesting. Should we incorporate your suggestion, you will definitely see it here on the blog and I am sure we will credit you for the suggestion. Thanks again

Hi How about adding airport eating places to your list. it would be really helpful to see what is where at the big airports as i recently flew home and asked if there was anywhere to eat by the boarding gate, yup, no problem i was told, hell no problem my foot, it was rubbish and i wish i had stayed in the main airport not gone through. thanks for some great suggestions from the cube
