A restaurant is generall not the sort of place you would expect to find animals. But to some people their pets are often seen as an extension of themselves, much like a child. Just like a child the parents takes him/her everywhere and recently we have noticed that trend here at MiniatureCube towers.
Dogs at a picnic or other outdoor event, are perfectly acceptable, generally because with the ability to run around and be away from the food in general people dont consider it to be a threat, then again, maybe cooking outdoors is considered 'roughing' it enough that a few more dog germs around the place wont spoil the hotdogs?
