Or maybe its just healthy living?

San Francisco has recently passed a resolution mandating restaurant chains with more than 20 locations in the city to list the nutritional content of their meals.

San Francisco is the latest city to implement nutritional laws following after New York and Washingtons King County. Despite opposition from the industry this appears to be a slowly growing trend, one which Subway has already implemented. Which seems to run contrary to the claims that listing nutritional information will lower sales.

Of course, when you think about it, that does make sense, after all, people still have to eat, how many people really pay attention to all the information already on packaging out there?
