Quaint little hole in the wall Pho shop. I've had Pho all over Houston and Pho Saigon has some of the best. Very flavorful broth. Great for a cold morning after partying too hard the night before. Big bowl of Pho and a Cafe Su Dah will fix you right up. Don't forget some Vietnamese eggrolls to go with it. Cheap and good eats.
