Food too pricey without quality

I had chirashi sushi for lunch. Since it cost $17.00, I expected fresh fish. However, the fish was not as fresh at those prices and they substituted shitake mushrooms and kanpyo for two fish selections without telling me. The vinegared sushi rice was lacking. Also the tare for agedahi tofu was tasteless. It just didn't seem to be authentic Japanese.
