Restaurant Description

Wood floors, an expansive dark wood bar and dark wood tables are the backdrop for the subtle red glow of deco light fixtures while dozens of deep-red roses strewn though out give the bar a clean, fresh feel. Of course we'd be remiss if we didn't mention the tapas-heavy offerings that come with long skewers that actually gave Spike its name. You can have a "Spike" driven through everything from grilled duck breast to beef tenderloin to lobster to tender chunks of lamb. Along with the tapas, a real Spike experience includes their trademark 1951 Chicago martini. Apple and pear martinis offer a sweeter, softer alternative and you may also opt for a Manhattan or a sugary mojito.
