If you're looking for great food, and a change of scenery, Cosmic Cup may have what your looking for. Their menu is vegetarian, but carnivores, such as myself, will be just as pleased to eat there. In fact, I ate there twice before I realized there was no meat on the menu. My absolute favorite dish the the spinach enchiladas. They definitely maintain the Tex-Mex appeal with a well balanced influence of Indian cuisine. They have a variety of foods, natural soft drinks (black cherry is my fav), hot drinks, and treats. There's something there for everyone. I especially like the feeling that I was visiting someone at home for lunch, rather than a traditional restaurant. You will especially enjoy the atmosphere: outside and inside seating, water features, pleasant music, unique artwork everywhere, and a mediation room upstairs if you really need to find some peace and tranquility before you venture back out into the jungle. I've been eating there for 3-4 years, and I've yet to have a bad experience. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and are very accommodating.
