Maybe it was because it was a Saturday night, and the staff was overwhelmed by the crowd (six tables), but Bangkok Inn was certainly a miss on the service, food, and atmosphere on our visit. I rate it a two out of four stars overall. It took more than twenty minutes to receive our drinks. The appetizers were bland, and when dinner arrived they brought the wrong dish. There are several other Thai restaurants in Dallas that are much better.

I highly recommend this location, as every single time I have been there I have been pleased with both the service and the quality of the food. The chicken-coconut soup is a heavenly appetizer to share around the table. The entrees are fabulous - highly recommended!
