I found tres amigos to be an untrustworthy resturant for vegetarians. From the minute that I entered I was asking questions about vegetarian concerns, and to their credit they do not use lard in their food, or stock. However when our meal arrived it was partially in to the meal that we realized that the waiter had brought us food not with lard or some animal byproduct, but with actual meat on it. The manager comped that entree, but charged for everything else ( thought it too was suspect at this point) . On the whole i would say to avoid this chain if you are a vegetarian, as they talk a good game but the delivery on their talk is a complete failure, and they were far too expensive to have that kind error.
