I've spent the last 6 Wednesdays at jorge's, and I can honestly say that Jorge's is the best place to spend your Wednesday night. The dollar beers and mariachi band make for a wonderful end to hump day--especially when the band let's you join in on the fun. Jorge's is awesome.

Okay, I recently moved to Austin from the tall city. We so missed our favorite tex-mex, since the local Austin kind is so awful. And wouldn't you know it, the best West Texas Tex-Mex is right here in the central area. Jorge's is owned by the same family, the daughter and son, of the original Midland, TX, Jorge's. We are happy eaters now.
