My family and I recently visited this McDonald's and to my dismay a costumer was treated as if he was a fly in a soup. The man paid for a meal, was told that he hadn't paid for a meal and had to double pay while a manager stood there and listened to him complain about the fact he had all ready paid for a value meal. The manager never said a word nor did he attempt to intervene and help the costumer. After the costumer left the manager ( a young man) made a comment for the entire dining area to hear, the comment was this "Why does it take ugly people so long to realize they are ugly?". I thought this was bad enough but the regional manager (what appeared to be a mature woman) came out and in front of the entire dining area told all the employees that a man had called, complained about the service. The regional manager did nothing about the fact the costumer was right and the cashier wrong, she joked right along with the other employees at the man's anger. Needless to say I will not visit that McDonald's again.
