This was my second time eating here- it will be my last. We had to wait almost 1.5 hours to be seated (why so many are trying to get inside this place is beyond me) on a Saturday. Once seated the wait staff mostly ignored us for long stretches (we had a party of 25- guess they knew they had their menu-mandated 20% gratuity and therefore did not care). If you must go to eat there make sure you read all the ridiculous rules on the menu (no drink refills, parties of 3 or more must pay 20% gratuity, bring in a birthday cake and ALL people in your party are charged a $2.50 surcharge, etc.). The food portions were small and everything tasted as if a canister of salt was dumped on it (this included the rubber meatloaf with suspected store bought gravy, the minnow-sized fish portions and the overcooked suspected canned vegetables).
