The oldest and the best

Roma is the oldest Italian restaurant in Detroit. Additionally, it is still the best. The red pasta sauces are outstanding. The veal is always tender and the correct vino is always available. It is the same place I first came to in the early 1960s with many friends. Only the faces of many of those old friends who helped make the dining here so enjoyable are missing. I like to imagine they are dining on Romas heavenly dishes in the skys.
