When you walk into such a tastefully designed interior you always hope the service and the food will match the decor. At Carson's that wasn't the case last Sunday night. Our waiter, Chris, should have gone by the nickname "No Problem." He probably used that phrase a dozen times with our table and two dozen times with the party in the adjacent booth. Repeated request for water, silverware, bread, soup, etc., all elicited the same response, "no problem." It wouldn't have been a problem if done correctly at the beginning.

This is part of the Mainstreet chain of restaurants (Real Seafood, Grazi, Chop House, etc.) and adds a venue with a Southwest theme. Prices, food quality and service all in keeping with other Mainstreet restaurants. Long lines when it first opened, but easy to get a table during recent visits.
