Five stars would categorize the feeling I get when popping some Empress Chicken from Great Wall Chinese Restaurant into my mouth. I feel the sensation of a smile leap from my face and the backward sigh when chewing and tasting the delicacies they have to offer. My favorite is of course the Empress Chicken, but their Mu Shu Beef and Sweet and Sour Pork are also divine! I have eaten at many Chinese restaurants in the Metro Atlanta area, and when it comes to exceptional Chinese food, Great Wall is the place. And the best part is, they added a sushi bar! Very fresh, great taste, and great rolling all come to mind when I tasted their wonderful sushi. I always tend to get spicy tuna, but the salmon and the california roll are a delight as well.
