told no to request of add on to burger

a simple request of lea and pearins sauce to my burger and was told no! i thought the customer was allways right? im paying above average cost for a burger to get the ultimate experience and the manager (shawn) from new york had a remark of your food was not cooked because of an odd request, (maybe his sense of humor?) not good! i rarely go to this establishment for meals but fathers day seemed to be a good reason to enjoy and this is the experience i recieved, i know its not burger king and i guess you cant have it your way
