One of the worst restaurants I have ever been to.

We eat at the Applebees at Town Center, and have been pleased. But this Applebees on Franklin Road is one of the worst restaurants I have ever been to. My daughter and I went to have a light supper and even though the restaurant was not crowded, the wait staff ignored us. The restuarant smells bad, it is dirty, the staff is rude, and the food was not edible.
