I go to your restaurant on Howell Mill Road at least once a week and never have I seen Chris the GM wearing gloves. He will take an order and touch the food. Then if the cashier needs help he will go touch money (which is the dirtest thing in the world), then go back to the food (I see him do this), and touch it without a glove. To me that is very nasty. So I've started going to your location on Chesire Bridge. I wait at the most 5 mins for a ham and cheddar yet when i go to howell mill I've waited at the most 15 mins, for a sandwich. To me that is ridiculous! And the restaurants have the same volume of customers at the time when I go. Honestly, I'm tired of waiting and having to go out of my way to get breakfast when I live only a block from the Howell Mill location.
