This South Beach branch of Gloria and Emilio Estafan's Miami eatery is frustrating. The ambience is cozy, noisy and busy (split between Cuban locals and tourists who loudly wonder why there are no enchiladas on the menu), service is spectacularly hit-and-miss (either friendly and attentive to out-and-out chilly), and the food has varied wildly in my visits.
