I go to Holly West specifically for the Tacorito. It has always been EXCELLENT, except for the last two times I went. It used to be covered with sauce and had tomatoes inside - it's changed. It doesn't have as much sauce, no tomatoes inside and it's rather dry. Please go back to making it the "original" way.
