Decent Cantonese menu with very nice staff. The dim sum is passable and reasonably priced (ABC in Foster City is marginally better but more expensive). My wife is a veggie person and she's not so fond of this restaurant due to lack of selection / lack of quality. But the food is good and price is good.

I just went to the China Village Restaurant at Belmont, CA this weekend. It was 4th July weekend so the traffic is a bit slow. But this also gave me an opportunity to really appreciate how good their dimsum is.
