Needs better Management

Well I have ordered from the San Jacinto Tower location for the past 8 years and all but the past 6 months they have stopped ALL deliveries and House accounts- They fail to realize that it has actually kept them in business in the past since they are centralized amoung professional businesses who look for those bonuses when doing business. Simon used to be the Manager there and was ALWAYS a great pleasure to deal with, now they have slower service and the entire staff has changed and I used to like the fact that they retained the same staff. I can honestly say that I no longer order from this ONE location anymore, and it is a shame!
