Founded by owner, Dennis Thompson, the ambience of Firebirds is every bit inviting as the food.
Firebirds brings the atmosphere of a Colorado lodge with architectural designs as grand as the Rockies themselves. The concept is contemporary rustic, yet upscale, big and comfortable.
The large stone fireplace is the heart of the cozy bar and lounge that sets the scene, where you can warm yourself by the fire, relaxing as baby boomer music plays in the background. The energy from the open-air kitchen takes center stage for the evening’s performance.
